In this guide, I will show you how to install Airy TV on Mi Box. This installation tutorial also works on the Mi TV stick, Mi Box 3, Mi Box S (1st gen), Mi Box S (2nd gen), Mi Box 4K, and any other variant of the Xiaomi TV Box. This also works for other Android TV Boxes such as Onn Streaming stick, Onn 4K Pro, Nokia 8010, Google TV Streamer, Chromecast with Google TV, and also Firestick/Fire TV devices.

Airy TV is not available in every Google Play region. I had to use the United States Google Play account to download it.
So if you are already in the US, just go to the Google Play Store and search for Airy TV. You will be able to download it directly.
However, if the app is not available on Google Play store for you then it means it’s not available for your Google account region. You might see something like “Airy TV isn’t available on Google Play on This Device”
Don’t panic, I will show you exactly how you can install and use this app from anywhere in the world. Even if it’s not available in your region.
You are going to need a VPN. I recommend Surfshark VPN because it’s the cheapest.
Please install a VPN first. I recommend Surfshark VPN because it’s practically FREE.
1. On your phone, turn on your VPN and make sure you are connected to a US-based server.
2. Make a new Google/Gmail account while connected to the VPN. (Do this on your smartphone, it’s easier.)
3. The new Gmail account will be a US account because of the VPN.
4. Now head over to your Android TV device, and open your VPN, connect to the US server.
5. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the home screen then click Add Account.
6. Sign in to the newly created Gmail account.
7. Once signed in, open Google Play Store.
8. When you’re in the Google Play store, click your profile pic in the top-right > Switch Accounts > select the new Google account.
9. Now search for Airy TV in the Google Play Store. It will show up in the results.
10. Now click Install.
You have now successfully installed Airy TV directly from the Google Play store.
You can use it without a VPN. The app doesn’t require you to have a VPN to use it.
You can also install this app using Aptoide TV. I’ll show you how. For this method, you do not need a VPN at all.
To perform these steps, you will need an alternative app store installed on your Android TV Box.
This alternative app store is called Aptoide TV. Here’s how to get it.
1. Open the Downloader app (How to install Downloader on Mi Box), type jailbreakmibox.com/aptoide in the URL field, and hit Go.
2. Click install.
3. Now click DONE.
4. You will go back to the Downloader app and see a prompt to delete the APK file. Click Delete.
Note: We want to delete the APK installation file from Mi Box. Removing the APK file will free up space in your Mi Box storage and ensure you don’t run out of storage.
5. Aptoide TV is now installed on your Android TV Box. Now we need to grant it the permissions to install APK files.
6. Now go to Settings > Device Preferences > Security & restrictions. Then inside the Unknown Sources option, turn ON Aptoide TV so it is Allowed.
7. Now open Aptoide TV and search for Airy TV. Click the one with the TV icon as seen below.
8. Click Install.
Airy TV is now installed on your device.
You do not need a VPN to use this app. I’ve been using it without a VPN and all the content is exactly the same in all the regions.

The onDemand section categorizes movies into different genres. You can select any genre to see all the offerings.
